1. Payment of deposit

To book your place please complete the booking form below and pay the 50% deposit by no later than Saturday 6th April.

2. If you need to cancel

If you wish to cancel your place after payment has been made please contact dulcie@sketchappeal.co.uk. If we are able to re-allocate your place we will offer you a full refund, minus a 15% admin fee. If we cannot fill the space then no refund will be issued.

3. If we need to cancel

In the rare case that we need to cancel the retreat (e.g. due to teacher illness) then we will offer to transfer you to a future retreat, or issue you a full refund. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred such as train tickets etc. You will not be able to claim any additional compensation except for the retreat fee itself.

4. Travel Insurance

We recommend that all participants purchase individual travel insurance, which includes medical cover and all other risks.
