WhaT WE DO

Fun creative classes

We run a rolling programme of playful and inclusive creative classes designed to connect, inspire and empower people of all abilities to draw regularly, for the JOY of it! We host most of our classes on Zoom - some IRL in London.

inspire & empower young minds

We work with children of all ages, with a specific focus on nurturing the confidence, wellbeing and resilience of those more vulnerable to mental ill health - including neurodiverse young people and those who are economically disadvantaged.

The art of self-love

We run courses and workshops based on the evidence-based methodologies in Dulcie’s book, The Art of Self-Love. Through self-reflection, self-discovery and self-expression, we help people work through blocks and see themselves from fresh new perspectives.

Special events & Festivals

From a 10-day SKETCHFEST funded by Arts Council England, to a live portrait pop-up on Oxford Street, we’ve produced some unforgettable special events in community and commercial settings. We also love popping up at other people’s festivals!

away days, team wellbeing & talks

We deliver impactful and inclusive team wellbeing sessions, memorable away days and fun portrait ‘mixers’ at conferences and special events. We use our lived experiences of mental illness and creative recovery to highlight the power of what we do.
